Refund & Cancelation
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, or a change of heart may occur. We will refund 100% of your pledge for up to 14 days after Quake: The Board Game campaign ends. After that period, we are only able to refund up to 90% of your pledge due to Gamefound and payment processing fees. All refunds will be processed in Euros. Once the pledge manager is closed, refunds will no longer be possible.
Pledge Manager
To receive your pledge, you must finalize it through Gamefound in the Pledge Manager. The Pledge Manager usually opens up a couple of weeks or months after the crowdfunding campaign ends, and when it’s open, late pledges will also be available for those who missed the campaign. The opening of the Pledge Manager will be announced through the project’s updates.
Quality & Use of AI
Certain marketing elements feature graphics made with the help of AI tools, such as those currently available in Adobe Photoshop. They only serve as a tool to speed up existing monotonous tasks, and in no way replace our existing graphics department or art team. The final look of the project represents the exact will of our creatives, and we are confident in its quality.
Risk & Challenges
We have the license and work with the licensor to ensure that the game is as accurate as possible to their vision. For that reason, some elements and rules may undergo minor changes. This is inevitable during the creation of any product; however, the game has already undergone significant testing and a significant portion of the models have already been sculpted. We're that confident in our process and this game.
We will make every effort to ensure that the delivery of this campaign runs as smoothly as possible. The estimated delivery date to our backers is Q4 2027 - Q1 2028, but considering the global situation and production in China, we know some production & shipping delays might happen. We promise to communicate any changes through updates throughout project funding, production process, and fulfillment.
