How to play

Queen's command is a 2-6 player board game with universal appeal.  Its fast-paced gameplay and tactical elements make it easy to learn; with layers of strategy to please newcomers, young players, and serious gamers alike.  No two games are ever the same, giving Queen's command lots of replayability.

Queen's Command cards

There are 28 individual Queen's Command cards that add much more to your strategy. Beware, not all of them are helpful !  No two games are ever the same because of these powerful cards, use them wisely.

Honeybees

There are 6 playable bees to choose from - Which will bee your favourite to play?

Components and extras

All game components are of a high quality and the playing pieces are all made from wood rather than plastic.  Pieces will have their Honeybee's colour written on them to assist colour-blind players.

Exclusive 'Royal Decree' card

Kickstarter backers can add a special Queen's Command card to their pledge called 'Royal Decree'.  This will not be in the main game box and comes separately to be added to the game if you wish - We suggest you do as it's a powerful card to play!

Add-on

The art for the game was created to showcase the whimsical side of bees and we love how it looks.  Avoiding the use of AI tools we wanted to ensure our bees were brought to life by a talented artist.  To showcase the artistic process we have an optional add-on book called The Art of Queen's Command*.

The book is A5 and softback (400gsm cover), and includes over 40 pages of art from bee studies, communication, sketching and the finished product to illustrate the creative process in bringing Queen's Command to life.  It also includes tips on each card which may help with your gameplay.

Game Demos

We've have had a lot of fun demonstrating the game to hundreds of people ready for launch.  So far, we're proud to say, ALL the feedback has been very positive (with an average score of 8.6 out of 10), so we are looking forward to getting the game into your hands to enjoy with friends and family (images show prototype play).

Shipping

We will be using the Kickstarter Pledge Manager to finalise pledges and add-ons after the campaign. Currently global freight costs are volatile.  Shipping will be calculated and collected closer to the fulfilment date to ensure the most accurate pricing possible.

How it works:

After the campaign completes you’ll receive an email to:

• Confirm your pledge
• Add optional add-ons

2. Shipping Confirmation
Nearer the fulfilment date you’ll receive a follow-up email to:

• Pay shipping based on actual carrier rates.
• Pay applicable taxes or duties (if required).
• Review final shipping details before confirmation.
  
  Shipping rates shown during the campaign are estimates only and may vary depending on final freight costs, destination, and weight of your parcel.
  
  Sales tax or VAT (where applicable) will be calculated based on your location and total order value (including shipping) and will be clearly shown before final confirmation in the Kickstarter Pledge Manager.
