Fulfillment Partners: We are partnering with Game Quest and other trusted logistics partners to ship Ragnarok: The Board Game worldwide.
Shipping fee collection: Shipping fees will be collected after the campaign in our dedicated Pledge Manager once we receive your shipping address and survey.
Charge: We will not charge shipping during the campaign. The rates shown above are current estimates based on current global averages, which may be subject to change by November 2027. Shipping fees, along with any necessary tariffs or additional taxes, will be collected closer to fulfillment through the Pledge Manager.
Shipping Rate Protection: In the unlikely event that final shipping costs exceed our highest estimates by more than 25%, we are committed to offering full refunds to any backers who find the increase unaffordable.
Unforeseen Delivery Issues: If delivery to a specific destination becomes unavailable or unreasonably difficult, we will contact affected backers directly to find the best possible solution.
VAT, TAX and CUSTOMS
Taxes and Duties: VAT, sales taxes, and customs duties are not included in the pledge prices.
Tax Collection: Taxes will be calculated and charged after the campaign in our dedicated Pledge Manager based on your shipping address and local regulations. A survey will be sent out post-campaign to collect your shipping information.
Friendly Shipping: Friendly shipping means you won't have to worry about unexpected customs charges or carrier fees upon delivery. Instead, any necessary tariffs or local taxes will be collected securely through the Pledge Manager closer to fulfillment, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free delivery to your doorstep.
Tariff
United States Tariffs: Due to shifting U.S. trade policies, import tariffs are subject to change without notice. Any tariffs applicable at the time of dispatch will be assessed and charged based on the active rates right before shipment. Because final tariff rates cannot be confirmed until the goods leave the factory in China, U.S. backers will be charged their standard shipping fees earlier through the Pledge Manager, while any potential additional tariff surcharges will be billed separately closer to fulfillment once the exact rates are locked in.
