READY SET HUT! is fully funded and production-ready — this Kickstarter exists to launch the game, build momentum, and grow our community.

Backers of this campaign receive the first-print run at a special discounted price, plus access to an exclusive challenge coin reward available only during the campaign. Our fundraising goal is intentionally set low so we can fund quickly, boost visibility on Kickstarter, and bring the game to as many football fans as possible.

READY SET HUT! is a fast-paced, strategic two-player card game where you call the plays, flip the cards, and try to outsmart your opponent with every move.

On your turn, you’ll unleash big runs or deep passes—but beware, the other team might throw down a defensive card that ruins your touchdown dreams. When the play is over, it’s either a victory lap with a game-winning score or a crushing defeat as sacks, fumbles, and last-second heartbreak tear down your offense.

A little about us: we’re just a bunch of goofball football fans who wanted to cram the excitement of gridiron showdowns into a deck of cards. The game plays out like an authentic game of football, and we’re convinced you’ll love it!

"The spark for READY SET HUT! came during a game night with my wife. We were playing Play Nine, a simple golf-themed card game, and I had an “aha!” moment: “Why isn’t there a football card game that’s just as easy to learn, and captures the authenticity of a real football game?”

Football has always been about passion, strategy, and those unforgettable game-day moments with family and friends. I wanted to design a game that anyone could play—whether you’re a lifelong fan or brand-new to football. That vision became READY SET HUT!, a card game that’s quick to learn, fun to play, and even doubles as a learning tool for the basics of the game.

This project is more than just a game to me—it’s a way to bring people together around the table, share the excitement of football, and create memories that will last a lifetime.
