We present Reigns of War – 100+ Medieval Fantasy Tokens: a collection built for war-focused fantasy campaigns, designed to give you a ready-to-use printable Pawns or VTT Tokens for multiple factions and races, with a cohesive look and an easy, table-ready format.

Why Reigns of War is Essential for Your Game Table?

This collection is delivered in a digital format, so it’s instantly accessible from anywhere. You won’t receive a physical box—just a complete toolkit of high-resolution pawns/tokens ready for play.

Base Pledge — 100+ Pawns/Tokens (Make 100)

The base pledge includes four classic fantasy races: Humans, Dwarves, Orcs, and Elves.

Each race includes:

• 20 NPCs 
• 1 Healer
• 1 Wounded-unit Reference 
• 1 War Banner
• 1 War General
• 1 War Machine 

To complete the set, you’ll also receive an ultra-high-definition portrait of each general, crafted with maximum care and detail—perfect to present the character to your group at the table.

The idea of including portraits/splash art of the war generals comes from a very common need at the table: players often end up involved in a battle because, before or during the war, they come into contact with the leaders of the factions in conflict.

In these cases, a simple pawn or token helps convey the character’s gear, size, and overall look, but it doesn’t always give enough “weight” to the moment when you roleplay them.

With ultra-high-resolution splash art, created through hours of work and refined down to the smallest details, the generals are portrayed in their most distinctive expressions—enough to make players feel like they truly have them in front of them, and to give you, as the GM, the right push to bring their essence to life. From the ruthless fury of the Gnoll general to the restrained weariness of the Orc one, every scar, gaze, and ornament makes a difference in building deeper scenes and stories.

All content is provided in two versatile formats:

• PRINTABLE PDF (PAWNS)
  For those who prefer physical tabletop play. Pages are formatted to be easily printed, cut, and folded—so you can create durable pawns on cardstock.
• INDIVIDUAL PNG TOKENS (VTT)
  Perfect for Virtual Tabletops. Each pawn/token is provided as an individual PNG with a transparent background, ready to drop into your VTT.

General splash art/portraits are provided separately due to their very high resolution and large file size (about 20–30 MB each), and come in two dedicated formats:

• Screen viewing format: 3584×5376 at 96 dpi. High quality and excellent zoomability to appreciate the finest details.
• Print format: 14933×22400 at 300 dpi. Ideal for large-format prints (even poster-size), perfect for decorating a room or presenting the general at the table in a truly cinematic way.

Add-Ons — Expand Your Warfront

Ready to bring new factions onto the battlefield? 
These add-ons are designed to expand the base pledge with additional races while keeping the exact same structure per faction—so your armies stay consistent, readable, and easy to deploy.

Each Expansion Pack adds 4 more races, and -as for the standard pledge- for each race you receive:

• 20 NPCs
• 1 Healer
• 1 Wounded-unit Reference 
• 1 War Banner
• 1 War General
• 1 War Machine 

Plus an ultra-high-definition portrait of each additional general.

When and How Will You Receive Your Files?

Two weeks after the campaign ends, we will send all backers a secure Google Drive link to easily download the entire collection. This way, you'll have all the content at your disposal for your next adventures.

By choosing the digital format, we can offer a more affordable price, eliminate shipping delays and costs, and ensure that you'll never run out of pawns. You can print and use them as many times as you want for all your campaigns.

Terms of Conditions (T&C)

The content offered in this campaign, including any add-ons, is distributed under two licenses: Personal and Commercial. With your purchase, you get both licenses.

Personal License: You may use the files without limitation in your games, both digitally and physically (by printing them).

Commercial License: You have the same rights as the Personal License and are also authorized to sell printed versions of the files you purchased. Under no circumstances may you resell, share, exchange, or give away the digital files. Silver Scales Studio and its partners are the only parties authorized to distribute the digital files.

Both licenses are lifetime. You will never be required to renew your license to continue using the files or selling printed versions of the files you purchased.
