This is the world of alleys and bars, neon signs and betrayals.
You are a member of a Hall, a group of mages blessed with power by Lady Luck, watching the streets of your city to make sure nothing goes wrong with the Pact.
Will you hunt down rogue Moth Children to stop them from feeding on your people, or will you stalk disbelievers down dark alleys and take care of them before they kill one of you?
This TTRPG runs on a deck of playing cards, with you seeking combos or cuts of cards to bring your magic to bear. And when you can't? That's why you have other skills.
And guns. Don't forget the guns.
