Saviez-vous qu'un groupe de requins s'appelle un « Shiver » ? « Shiver of Sharks » est un jeu simple de construction de deck. Vous jouez des cartes pour collecter des « bites », qui vous permettront d'attirer des requins dans votre deck, ou de les « chomp » pour obtenir une récompense immédiate. Lorsque vous « croquez » des requins, ceux-ci sont remplacés par de la « chair à appât ». Et bien sûr, les requins adorent la chair à appât ; ils sont donc distraits, ce qui peut modifier le coût des requins en fonction de l’endroit où ils atterrissent sur une grille 3x3 de requins. Votre objectif est de collecter le plus grand nombre de dents de requin avant que tout le « chum » ne soit mangé, ce qui met fin à la partie. Le jeu se joue à 2 à 4 joueurs et dure entre 15 minutes et une heure, selon la rapidité avec laquelle vous choisissez de « chomp » le « chum », ou le temps que vous prenez pour attirer les requins.

Did you know that a group of sharks is called a Shiver? Shiver of Sharks is a DeckBuilding game designed thematically around sharks. You will entice sharks to join your Shiver, building a larger deck as you play, which will help entice or scavenge larger sharks as the game progresses.
Shiver of Sharks is deckbuilding game. If you have never heard of a deckbuilding boardgame, lets give you a quick overview. You start with a small deck of cards, and use those to purchase other cards from a community "pool" that go into your deck. So you literally build your deck as you play the game. You do not start with a preconsitructed deck.
What did we do to set it apart from other deckbuilders? Well the shark pool is setup in a 3x3 grid of cards. And every shark the players chose whether to entice the shark into their deck, or chomp the shark for an immediate reward. When you chomp a shark it gets replaced with chum which might distract the sharks by changing their cost depending on where it lands on the 3x3 grid. You can entice or chomp as many times as you want, and in any order if you have enough bite. Whoever collects the most shark teeth before all of the chum are ate wins the game.
The game allows for replayability with a randomized deck with over 30 different shark species. Every game is different. Allowing you to build different decks each time. Can you collect the most teeth?
