The story so far...

A charming bunch of psychopaths has just arrived in the peaceful town of Black Hills. But, alas, the town isn’t quite big enough for everyone’s homicidal ambitions. So they’ve come up with a lovely solution: a gruesome little tournament. The rules? Simple — the first to kill a teenager from each university fraternity gets the grand prize: the prestigious title of Official Psychopath of Black Hills. Let the murder games begin!

What is Slasher Town?

Slasher Town is a competitive game for 2 to 6 players, where a bunch of psychopaths face off in a macabre tournament to murder college students.

Fully illustrated by Alfonso Pinedo, this title is a tribute to all those horror films from the ’80s and ’90s.

In Slasher Town, you take on the role of a psychopath, using every dirty trick in the book to murder one teen from each university fraternity and claim victory. Act like a true sadist and play dirty—all while stopping your rivals from sabotaging your efforts to become the one and only psycho of Black Hills.

Inside the box of Slasher Town, you’ll find everything you need to turn game night into a total bloodbath. Important Note: Great psychopaths deserve epic cards. That’s why every card in the game is extra-large, tarot-sized, and totally unforgettable.

You’ll save at least €5 (around $6), no strings attached.

How to play

Each player takes on the role of one of the charming psychos from Black Hills.
First things first: shuffle the psychopath deck and deal one to each player.

Congrats — you’ve got your killer! Now all you have to do is murder four teenagers from different fraternities to win. Easy, right?

Place your psychopath card face up on the table for all to admire. At the start of your turn, you must have 3 cards in hand. You can only take one action per turn. After that, draw from the deck until you’re back to 3 cards, then pass the turn to the player on your right.

No skipping turns — murder never rests.

Play different kinds of cards by laying them in front of you to collect your victims, or play them on your rivals to ruin their twisted plans before they ruin yours.

YOUR TURN HAS 3 KILLER PHASES:

Choose just one of these murderous options:

Psychopath ability: Unleash your special skill (only once per game!) and rotate your card 90 degrees to show it’s been used.

Play a card: Drop one card from your hand onto the table. Just one — don’t get greedy.

Discard: Toss as many cards as you want into the discard pile.

🩸 PHASE 2: DRAW

Refill your hand back to 3 cards. Gotta stay sharp.

Your work here is done. Pass the turn to the psycho on your right.
