StarCraft: Tabletop Miniatures Game Pre-order

We have the license and work with the licensor to ensure that the game is as accurate as possible to their vision. This game is manufactured locally, at our in-house factory which allows us to have more control over the manufacturing process. We have already manufactured a large portion of the estimated number of products needed for fulfillment, but in the case of a larger than expected demand, we will ramp up production and notify everyone.

We will make every effort to ensure that the delivery of this project runs as smoothly as possible. The estimated delivery date is May 2026, however please note that fulfillment will take multiple months from beginning to end - we promise to communicate any changes through updates on the campaign page.

By confirming your order, you agree that this sale is final and any refunds will be issued at our discretion alone. Additionally, you agree to the fact that the look and materials shown on the Gamefound page may differ from the final product. Our sole responsibility is to ship your order to the address you provide to us through the Pledge Manager, and once it's in the hands of the courier, you are responsible for the package and any import duties/fees that may be payable to the relevant tax authorities. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes. In some cases, we may handle the payment of taxes for your convenience (listed in the Shipping, VAT, and US Tariffs section), however we retain the right to shift this responsibility onto you if these taxes unexpectedly increase - refusal to pay will result in a partial or full refund, decided on a case-by-case basis by our team.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund your order for any reason. Refunds are issued based on what is laid out in our Refund Policy section, but we don't issue refunds in cases where your order is already being packed and about to be sent out.

Limitation of liability: Archon’s liability to you shall be restricted, to the extent allowable by law, to the amount received directly from you by Archon. In the case of an extreme natural or political disaster that makes delivery to the address provided by you unfeasible, we are free from any liability.

The products featured in this campaign are mostly manufactured at our in-house factory, and we offer a 6 month warranty for manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery provided in the tracking number. Before submitting a replacement request, please make sure to open all the boxes you received as we will only ever issue one batch of replacements per order - if you find new issues with your order after we have logged and shipped your replacement, we reserve the right to not issue a replacement for any new issues you find. Please note that our warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, theft, loss, or anything else other than a manufacturing defect.

The shipping dates provided in this campaign are only estimates, and they do not represent a contractual agreement to deliver by that date. We retain the right to fully decide how pledges will be shipped and in what order.
