By confirming your order, you agree that this sale is final and no refunds will be issued except at our absolute discretion. You further acknowledge that the final look, materials and content of the order (and the project) are subject to change and may differ substantially from what is presented on Gamefound or other relevant site. You agree that our responsibility to you is to ship your order as entered into our pledge manager system, that title and risk pass to you upon delivery to a common carrier for such shipment, and you are responsible for sales taxes, import duties or any other duties (collectively, Taxes) that may be payable to the relevant tax authorities. We may, for your convenience, collect from you and pay such Taxes on your behalf.  Any such service provided (and marketing of said service) by us, or lack thereof, are based on the current tax, duty and tariff regulations as they exist at the time of the close of the campaign, and you agree that should such Taxes increase, due to regulatory or legislative action by relevant countries, governments or authorities, between the close of this campaign and the fulfilment of your order by us, you are responsible for any such increase, and if requested to by CMON, shall make payment for such increase to CMON, failing which CMON shall be entitled to cancel your order and provide a full or partial refund to you at its sole discretion. You are also responsible for providing correct address information and ensuring this address is deliverable by normal methods. We regret we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Refunds will be net of all handling costs, commissions, and credit card processing fees. Refunds and/or cancellation requests will only be considered before we begin the process of packaging your order for shipping.

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time, for any or no reason, and will refund to you payments received from you, excluding system fees and credit card processing fees (3rd party fees). We shall refund 3rd party fees as well if we cancel your order after you have confirmed your order, or if the order is cancelled by us before the deadline. Such refunds will be made as set out in our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability: CMON’s liability to you shall be restricted, to the extent allowable by law, to the amount received directly from you by CMON.

To make sure you have the best gaming experience, all CMON products included in this pre-order are warrantied against manufacturing defects for 6 months from the date of delivery, as set by the submission of tracking number (proof of purchase required). Make sure to open all boxes upon receival, so if you see something is missing or broken, our customer service team will work hard to get you replacement parts and make things right. Simply contact our Customer Support.

Note: Warranty does not cover accidental damage, theft, loss, or any other event that is not a manufacturing defect.
