Supercollider, Growing Groves, The Franciscan Diamond

This project is born out of a love of trick taking games. Each game is a unique take on the genre and will provide players with something special in their collection.  

We want players to be able to back the game or games they think will spark the most joy in their lives. Don't back this project just to have another game on the shelf. Please read and explore the games so that you can find the games which will best fit your play style, gaming group, and interests. 

We believe play is essential and can bring people together. Valor Mountain Games exists to bring games to all adventurers.

Supercollider

A trick taking game by Darren Reckner and Jason Hager. 2-4 Players. 

Gain points by winning tricks in different suits. Blow up the same number and use modifiers. 

Components:

54 cards, rulebook, and box.

Some tweaks may occur on this game during the campaign, but we have play-tested a lot. 

We have somewhat competing goals here - big fun moments and making sure the game does what it does really, really well for those who like juicier trick taking games with the right amount of "huh, oh!" 

Growing Groves

A trick taking game of growing your fantastical trees and fruit by Chris Lawrence for 2-4 players. 

Components:

73 cards (64 fruit cards, 5 silver cards, 4 treetop cards), rulebook, and box.

The Franciscan Diamond

A noir trick taking game by Ken Shogren with deduction and 3 different modes of play.

Components: 

18 cards, rulebook, score pad, pencils, and box.

🔒 Our Backer-First Guarantee: We will not ship a single copy to distributors until every backer pledge is on its way. Only retail stores who pledge during the campaign will receive their shipments at the same time as backers.

Our shipping will be customs friendly for the UK and EU.  VAT will be collected in the Pledge Manager after the end of the campaign, based on the shipping and residence information entered.
