Tales of Asunda Tome + New Untamed Comic & D&D 5e Module!

THANK YOU! LATE PLEDGES OPEN!

The campaign has ended, but it is open for Late Pledges so you can still get all the great rewards!

It all started over 3 decades ago as a boy’s imagined roleplaying world. Now the vast and volatile World of Asunda is an inter-connected universe published through our company Stranger Comics, and home to Half-Elven hero Niobe. Her introduction was The Untamed: A Sinner's Prayer, which Viola Davis announced she will produce as a motion picture. And I have the honor of directing the comic that started it all plus the new NIOBE ANIME we are making with MOLLO. You can watch the trailer on StrangerCon today!

I want to invite you to celebrate this special moment by telling a few of its many Tales, returning to The Untamed, and taking it back to its gaming roots!

Love, Seb

THIS KICKSTARTER HAS TWO MAIN FEATURES

TALES OF ASUNDA TOME 1 - OUR FIRST OMNIBUS!
TALES is an anthology series, with each issue being a one-shot story filling in the gaps between the various titles. Some TALES return favorite heroes like Niobe or Dusu. Others introduce new characters who may have a role to play in the future.

Known for our Deluxe Oversized Hardcovers, this is our first Omnibus. A 400-page Graphic Novel that collects TALES Volumes 1 and 2 and the 2009 #0 issue. It’s packed with 9 comics, art galleries, prose, songs, and game material for D&D 5e and Pathfinder 1e! The Kickstarter edition has Foil Inlay Titles and a wraparound dust jacket with a poster on the back!

THE UNTAMED: WISHING WELL - AN OVERSIZED COMIC & RPG MODULE IN ONE!
This is a prequel one-shot comic to the series that launched Stranger Comics, and it stars the Stranger and Dura! It’s also the first issue in Tales of Asunda Volume 3.

After reading the comic you can enter Asunda as the oversized issue is paired with our WISHING WELL D&D 5e MODULE! Roll up a character and venture into the depths below the Town of Oasis!

The World of Asunda is a vast and volatile place, and what better way to explore it than with an anthology series where each issue tells a different story set in a different time and place with (mostly) different characters? Already have the Paperback of Tales of Asunda Volume 1 and just want to get the stuff you don't have? Check out the Ivan Tao wraparound edition of Volume 2! It is a Kickstarter Exclusive and only 100 copies were printed. Available in Reward #12 and as an Add On. And then start on Volume 3 with Wishing Well!

Long before the town stood, the Tree of Life grew and the water that sprung from the land could heal. But when Vastar dug up the seed of Ilkor and was impaled by his sister Dura, the Tree began to die, and the water’s powers began to fade. Many millennia later, after multiple civilizations had sprung up around the Oasis, died out, and been buried, the well has become nothing more than a dried up relic of the past. And what lies beneath it is long since forgotten.

That is until a Galemren Elven chief sends two brothers into the depths to retrieve the very seed of Ilkor that caused Asunda’s original sin… when a brother was killed and death was welcomed into the world.

A prequel to The Untamed: A Sinner's Prayer, Wishing Well is a fully contained one-shot story but with far-reaching implications. Below are the covers followed by a preview of the story.

There are many levels below the Town of Oasis. It was the cradle of civilization on Asunda, the place where life began, and each new age has built upon the bones of the previous one. Explore the ruins, find Dura, and (hopefully) get your hands on some magical Ilkor. But be careful. Some areas are far too dangerous even for experienced adventurers. Perhaps you can venture there in future expeditions (and future modules).

And the best part?

This module is FREE when you get the Wishing Well comic. The oversized issue includes the entire module in the back.
