Tarot 3000 Learn Tarot with symbols & historical figures.

Hello! I'm Katie, and I am the sole creator of this project. Before I begin, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who has followed me on my crazy-wonderful adventure to construct a complete 78-card tarot deck inspired by what I like to refer to as the "reality stars of Earth." or the characters we’ve all come to know and love over the last 3000 years! 

Before I get started, I'd like to point out that the illustrations on the cards, boxes, and guidebooks were purposefully designed to reimagine the classic Rider-Waite tarot deck, which was originally illustrated by Pamela Coleman Smith. This deck is not linked with any external copyright holder. All of the artwork and all concepts differing-from-the-original-deck for the Tarot 3000, have been copyrighted by myself, Katie Ivie. Once on the market, I will be the holder of the trademark for the deck title, guidebook and associated materials for this product. 

Now that I've got my thank yous and super fun legal stuff out of the way, let's get into the deck! 

Each card's artwork and concepts were the result of months of planning, research, and then crafting the cards one by one, until the 78 -card deck has been completed. This, combined with a lifetime fascination with history, art, current affairs, and social constructs influencing our communities and planet today, as well as in the distant past, makes this deck as interesting as it is easy to learn and that’s the way I designed it. A deck designed for faster integration because you’re already familiar with the main subjects on each card.  Each subject on each tarot card also correlates with the zodiac sign associated with that card, revealing the meaning directly in the artwork. (Ex. In this deck, Thomas Jefferson sits on the throne as “the Emperor“ in this deck, not only for his many achievements, age, maturity, parental status and other defining, emperor-like characteristics, but he is also an Aries in real life. The Emperor, in the traditional tarot deck, is associated with the sign of Aries.) This is how the entire deck will be built out for each card. 

There are colors coded into every card that instant instantly tell you whether the card is earth, air, fire, or water associated. 
This is a visual teaching deck. Encoded  symbolism in each  card, are also present in order to identify whether a sign is mutable, cardinal or fixed. The guidebook included will give the symbolism so you can just glance at the card and know what it means. No more memorizing lengthy paragraphs to memorize the meaning of each card. Between the real-world figure detailed on each , the color codes and the symbolism, learning tarot will be faster and easier for new readers. I believe this is the first deck of its kind where accurate, famous, and historical figures on each card, are tied to that figure’s actual zodiac and unique life circumstance that directly matches or relates to the meaning of the card. As I said before, much research was done to create this deck.
