By confirming your order, you acknowledge and agree that the sale is final, with refunds provided solely at our absolute discretion. You also acknowledge that the final appearance, materials, and content of your order, and the project overall, may differ significantly from the representations provided on Gamefound or other related platforms.

You accept that our responsibility is limited to shipping your order as confirmed upon placing your order. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery of your package to the carrier. You are responsible for all applicable sales taxes, import duties, or other related charges ("Taxes") payable to relevant authorities. Although we may, for your convenience, collect and remit these Taxes on your behalf, such services rely on current regulations at the time of campaign closure. Should any Taxes increase due to regulatory or legislative changes between campaign closure and fulfillment, you agree to cover these increases if requested by CMON. Failure to pay such increases may result in cancellation of your order, with CMON issuing a full or partial refund at its sole discretion.

Rewards for this project will ship from regional hubs:

United States Import Tariffs: US backers must select reward tiers marked with US Tariffs. Failure to do so will result in the order being unfulfillable. A 20% import tariff has been factored into the manufacturing costs of these tiers. Should applicable tariffs exceed this rate, CMON reserves the right to request additional payment to cover the difference. Conversely, if final tariffs are lower than expected, the difference will be refunded accordingly.

VAT and import duties will not be collected through our system. Backers will be responsible for these charges upon delivery.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address. We are unable to ship packages to PO boxes.

CMON reserves the right to cancel your order at any time, for any or no reason. If cancellation occurs after you've confirmed your order or prior to the stated deadline, CMON will refund payments received from you, including third-party system fees and credit card processing fees. Refund procedures follow those outlined in this policy.

CMON’s liability to you shall be strictly limited, to the extent allowable by law, to the amount directly received from you by CMON.

All CMON products included in this pre-order come with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery (tracked via your shipping number). This warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects. Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If components are missing or defective, contact our Customer Support promptly to arrange replacements.

Note that this warranty does not cover accidental damage, theft, loss, or other non-manufacturing-related incidents.
