The Codex of Deals and Discounts

Foreword

Dear adventurers,

Why spend a fortune on legendary magic items from the Forgotten Realms when you can get almost the same thing for a fraction of the price?

Welcome to The Codex of Deals and Discounts, our third project designed to bring a fresh dose of chaos, laughter, and unexpected surprises to your tabletop adventures.

This is a 100% hand-drawn and handwritten D&D supplement, created WITHOUT THE USE OF AI, crafted with the same passion and care that went into all our previous projects.

Inside these pages, you'll find strange bargains, questionable enchantments, and magical items that probably passed inspection... somehow.

We had an absolute blast creating this collection of weird and wonderful treasures, and we hope your players enjoy discovering them just as much.

What is this book?

The Codex of Deals and Discounts is a collection of 101 original "bootleg" magic items, inspired by classic D&D treasures but twisted in hilarious and unexpected ways.

Forget predictable rewards. This book is packed with magical bargains that almost do what they're supposed to do.

A cloak of invisibility? Sure... except it turns everyone else invisible.

A flying broom? Not quite. This one stubbornly sticks to the ground like a limpet.

And that's only the beginning. We haven't even mentioned the infamous Vermin Pants.

Each item is designed to create memorable moments at the table, combining inconvenient side effects, hidden benefits, creative problem-solving opportunities, and plenty of laughs along the way.

Whether you're running a one-shot, a long-term campaign, or simply looking for treasures your players will never forget, this codex offers a treasure trove of magical oddities that transform every loot drop into a story.

Out of the 101 items, you have:

• 13 weapons
• 4 armors
• 7 Rings
• 2 Shields
• 9 Tattoos
• 68 WONDROUS ITEMS

Print-On-Demand Fulfillment

For adventurers who prefer physical books, we offer a Print-On-Demand (POD) option through DriveThruRPG.

Backers who select a POD tier will receive a special POD link once the PDF version has been delivered.

After the final files are completed, we will submit them to DriveThruRPG for proof printing. Once the proof has been reviewed and approved, POD codes will be distributed to eligible backers.

This process usually takes between 3 and 6 weeks after the PDF release.

The POD link allows you to purchase a physical copy at production cost only. We do not make any profit from printed copies—you simply pay DriveThruRPG's printing and shipping costs.

Please note that shipping rates vary depending on your location.
