Every Page Is a New Nightmare
Each location is self-contained, easy to drop into your campaign, and designed to create a complete horror experience at the table. Use one as a one-shot. Thread several together as a campaign.
The Black Lighthouse
A lighthouse still burns above a dead sea. Ships vanished here long ago, yet the keeper still walks the cliffs each night, lantern in hand, tending a light no one remembers building.
When fishermen begin disappearing and shattered wreckage washes ashore from ships that should never have sailed these waters, the players are drawn into a growing mystery. To uncover the truth, they must investigate abandoned cottages, survive jagged cliff paths during violent storms, search shipwrecks dragged onto black rocks, and piece together what the villagers are too frightened to speak aloud.
Inside the lighthouse itself, reality begins to twist. Strange journals contradict one another. Doors lead where they should not. The keeper seems to know more about the players than he should, while the beam of the lighthouse calls something ancient closer with every passing night.
Will the players extinguish the light, bargain with the keeper, or discover the terrible purpose the lighthouse was truly built to serve
The Hollow Harvest
An isolated farming settlement celebrates a harvest festival no outsider remembers. Every year the fields grow impossibly fertile. Every year, something in the woods comes to collect its due.
The players arrive as Hollow Harvest prepares for its final night of celebration. Lanterns burn in every window, tables groan with food, and villagers smile too quickly when asked about the woods.
Before dawn, something ancient will come from the forest to claim one person. The players must uncover the rules of the bargain, protect the marked victim, survive night-time encounters in the fields, and decide whether to fight, trick, or break the thing that keeps the village fed.
If they fail, the harvest continues. So does the price
