the Firekeeprs Helpers -Authentic Original Indigneous Games

The Firekeepers Helpers is an authentic, original indigenous designed board game built on the principles of ease and accessibility. 

My name is James Darin Corbiere. I am Aanishin aabe, indigenous from the Great Lakes Region of Canada and  am the creator of two successful board Games - The Truth in Truth and Reconciliation Game and the new Elementary and Middle School version of the same. 

Characters originally created/drafted for the Truth Games were not used and so I created this simple board Game using the same characters from the Truth Games. 

A Firekeepers Helper is akin to an Apprentice role where you train to one day become a Firekeeper. Your goal is to Heal, Protect and Defend the Earth and Her people. 

In this Game, you have to re-unite the Heart of the Eagle Feather or the Hummingbird, with the rest of the Thunderbird Eagle Feather after which, the one who carries the Eagle Feather has access to Enormous Cosmic Energy that you can use for Good. 

I have done all of the artwork, design, concept, layout and writing in for this Game, making it 100% authentic, original indigenous made. I also wrote the 20 page "Play Book" that has a background story and the Rules of Play contained within.

The Game is accessible- all components, including a cloth printed game board, fit into a bag the size of a pencil case. Each pencil case is printed with the artwork of one of the seven players. Pricing for the Game in anticipated to be less than $40 CDN making the Game affordable as well.
