The Hexagonal Gaming System has been one of Wyrmwood's most successful Tabletop campaigns - so we're back with PART TWO. This System brings together our Tabletop Tiles organization system and our Hexagonal Vault and Trays for dice rolling and storage. But this is a proper sequel, with brand new Tabletop Tiles, artwork, and more woods than we've ever offered!

Note: the pledge calculator is simply a tool for easily understanding how much your total purchase would be. This is not a required step for making a purchase.

To celebrate the variety of woods featured in this campaign, every tabletop tile includes a custom engraving on the underside identifying its wood species and genus—a first for us.

Now, whenever you flip a tile over to use the coaster, you can easily see which species you’re enjoying.

There is a lot to this project, so let's start from the beginning…

Originally making their debut on Kickstarter in 2019, the Tabletop Tiles are back and better than ever! The system features hexagonal tiles with rare earth magnets installed on each side, making them all connect perfectly to one another. Every Tabletop Tile sports a different design that serves a unique function on your table. Not using one of them with your current game? Simply flip it over to use the integrated coaster on the underside. That’s right, Tabletop Tiles keep your table organized and clean. Build a sprawl of as many as you’d like, or just use one - the choice is yours!

Note: Though the design for Tabletop Tiles has changed slightly (no more ball bearing feet) these Tiles are still compatible with our original Tile design. If you have Tabletop Tiles from any of our previous campaigns, you can rest assured, any additional tiles will work with what you have!

The Solo and Duo Tiles are the simple yet powerful base of the Tabletop Tile system. Whether you want to organize your game components or just throw some candy into one, these Tiles feature a dish style design perfect for keeping your table tidy!

The Card Tile is great by itself, but even better with friends! This Tile features a slotted design to keep your cards upright and accessible, while your hands stay free. The slots are designed to connect when you have multiple Card Tiles and extend as needed, so no matter how many cards you have, the Card Tile army has your back.

A half and half combo of the Card and Duo Tile designs, it’s hard to imagine a game table that can’t benefit from having a few of these versatile organizers on it.

Brand new to the party is the Deep Dish, perfect for games that have mountains of resources or tokens that might spill out of the Solo Tile.

If you need a larger community bank of resources, the Storage Tile is for you. It has the footprint of four standard Tabletop Tiles, giving you a massive new storage solution that still keys perfectly into the rest of the system.

And, for the best of both worlds, there’s the Deep Dish Storage Tile.

We also have the Deck Tile, which is perfect for any draw or discard pile and includes an additional slot for a display card - great for Commander!

If you’re sharing resources around the table, the Turn Tile may be exactly what you’re looking for. It’s a slightly elevated Deep Dish Tile with a turntable on the bottom, making it easy to rotate pieces towards anyone at the table to keep things accessible.

The Dice Tile gives you a dedicated space to display and store your dice—with a center compartment that doubles as a dice jail, so you can properly shame any dice that misbehave.

Finally, there’s the Player Tile: a triple-wide piece that holds game components alongside a curved slot for your private hand of cards.

Alongside the Tabletop Tiles, we have the Hex Dice Vault and Hex Dice Tray. Together, they form a complete Hex Set: a solid-wood magnetic case for your dice, with a matching tray for rolling them.

If you have a lot of rolling to do, the Party Tray is back!

Fourteen inches of vast, uninterrupted rolling space—and it can store up to fourteen Tabletop Tiles. It can even hold Hex Dice Vaults.

After a long absence, our Monster Tier has returned.

It features three original designs from our very own Jiarui: three beasts, each drawn from a different pantheon and engraved into your choice of Cherry, Purpleheart, or Mahogany.

🐲 Nian Beast 年兽

Nian is a legendary beast from Chinese folklore said to emerge around the Lunar New Year to terrorize villages and prey on people and livestock. Nian is frightened by the color red, fireworks, and loud noises, which the villagers used to defend themselves. Later associated with the color red, lanterns, drums, and fireworks of New Year traditions.

🔥 Surtr - King of Fire Giants

Surtr is a powerful fire giant from Norse mythology, associated with the fiery realm of Muspelheim. At Ragnarök, the Norse apocalypse, he is prophesied to emerge wielding a blazing sword against Freyr, and the fire that he brings will go on to consume the world.

🐉 Tiamat - Dragon Queen

Tiamat is a primordial figure from ancient Mesopotamian mythology, the cosmic ocean which joined with the waters of earth to birth the Babylonian gods. Associated with the salty sea and the forces of primordial chaos, Tiamat was interpreted in various forms and representations, taking the form of a monstrous five-headed dragon queen in later artistic interpretations.

To make this campaign truly extraordinary, the artisans of our Custom Shop have created two masterwork-level Hexagonal Dice Vaults—one forged in the bold, enduring spirit of the Dwarven halls and the other shaped by the timeless elegance and celestial beauty of the Elven realms.

Each is a functional work of art, crafted to protect your most treasured dice and bring a legendary touch of adventure to every game.

The Dwarven Vault ⚒️

The mightiest dice deserve a proper stronghold. Inspired by the treasures of ancient dwarven halls, this hexagonal vault combines bold runic engraving with an intricate Celtic knot inlay. Silver stringing catches the light like mithril, while carefully applied sand shading gives every detail richness and depth. Crafted with the precision of a master smith, this luxurious fortress will guard the precious treasures within.

The Elven Vault ⚒️

The most enchanting dice deserve a worthy vessel. Inspired by the elegance of ancient elven realms, this hexagonal vault is adorned with flowing Elvish script and an intricately inlaid butterfly, encircled by the phases of the moon. Precision engraving, inlay, and luminous silver accents bring every delicate detail to life. Crafted with the skill of a master artisan, this elegant heirloom will safeguard the magic inside.
