The Movement Tray Project

Welcome to our seventh Kickstarter campaign! Explore thousands of movement tray combinations across 28 races and themes, with a wide range of sizes, layouts and base options. All Movement Tray designs were created by us. AI was used for Logo's and headers.

Our trays support older, smaller square bases and round bases, fitting flush for a clean tabletop look.

Help Us Grow the Collection

Each week, we’ll ask: “What are we missing?” If you need a tray for an unusual unit or base combination, let us know. We’ll add new designs and configurations weekly throughout the campaign, shaped by your suggestions.

We will also be finishing the collection over the next few weeks, there are some tray sizes we have not yet got around to making. such as the 25mm x 50mm lance confiuration. These will be all made before handing over via My Mini Factory.

I have included many countries in the shipping list, if your country is not there and you wish to purchase physical sets please let me know.

All Trays will be supplied unpainted and magnets of 5mm x 1mm not supplied.

Please note all Physical Add-ons supplied unpainted. 

Flat objects can warp up on the edges So these settings will help reduce any warping. 

Digital Sets

All digital files will be carefully reviewed and quality-checked before being uploaded to MyMiniFactory. As no AI was used in their creation, we do not expect any issues with uploading or distribution.

Estimated delivery for the digital sets will be roughly 2 - 3 weeks after the campaign has ended.

Physical Sets

3D printing has already begun. Once the campaign is underway, we’ll have a clearer picture of the production quantities required to fulfil all orders. Additional printers will be purchased as needed to ensure everything is delivered on time. Currently we have 16 printers all ready for the orders.

We also have over 300kg of filament already in stock for this campaign, so we don’t anticipate any delays due to material shortages, unlike in previous Kickstarters.

Your shipping fee will include all applicable import taxes and duties.

We plan to ship using trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, UPS, DHL, DPD, and FedEx.

Where possible, we will consolidate items into a single shipment to help reduce your overall delivery costs, for example if you purchase the Smaller River pack and the Dwarven Settlement add-on, there is enough space to compile both items into one box.

Your shipping fee will include all applicable import taxes and duties.

All prices have been calculated in the easyship calculator, I will work on these prices to get them lower for you.

If your country is missing and you are interested in a reward. message us and let us know which reward you are interested in and we can add the shipping to your country to that reward.

Laser Terrain Co is based in Somerset, just outside of Bristol. Evan, the director, primarily works in the film industry, creating costume armour for major films and TV series including House of the Dragon, The Hedge Knight, Dune, Foundation, Guardians of the Galaxy, Prometheus, and Thor: The Dark World. He’s also worked on miniatures for Hot Fuzz and the Harry Potter films.

However, Evan’s true passion lies in crafting terrain for tabletop gaming — and that’s exactly why Laser Terrain Co was born: to scratch that creative itch.
