Pledge Manager (PM): Shipping, Tariff and VAT costs are collected after the campaign ends through the Pledge Manager (PM). After the campaign we will email you when the Pledge Manager is ready. Please read through the Backer Responsibility section below regarding notification.

Shipping Cost Guarantee: All shipping costs are estimates, and we will try to get the best possible price at the time of fulfilment. If prices rise, you will see at most 10% increase, as we will cover the remaining difference. Remember that above estimates do not include add-ons.

Tariff Costs: The US has import tariffs on board games, up to a total of 25% of the declared customs value at the time of freight. If this holds, we will cover any such costs of import. If tariffs were to exceed 25% at the time of import (due to sudden policy changes) we may need to charge the excess in the PM.

Friendly Shipping: We are shipping-friendly in EU, UK and US. This means that we ship from within these regions and you are guaranteed to not see additional customs or import costs. For other regions, fulfilment is DAP.

VAT: VAT (to your government) is not included in the pledge cost and will be charged separately in the PM. EU and UK backers will be charged VAT, based on your country's rates and the full price of your rewards plus the shipping charges, so we cannot calculate it until you’ve selected all your options in the PM.

GDPR & Data Privacy: By pledging to this campaign, you allow us to store and transfer your data to our partners with the purpose of sending you your pledged items. We never sell your data and will not transfer it to partners who are not directly involved in fulfilment.

Other: We cannot ship to PO Boxes domestically or internationally. Due to the size of each package, there is too great a risk of the package being bounced back to us.
