Read Before Watching
In The Void Unveiled: Echoes of Arkham, the experience is driven by the Storybook: you read the story, make branching choices, and the path changes based on your decisions. At key moments, the Storybook will ask you to resolve an Encounter, which can be one of two types:
- Exploration Encounter, where you explore and uncover new parts of the story
- Combat Encounter, where you face the monsters in battle
Below you’ll find the following gameplay videos:
- 2 Combat Encounters featuring two different monsters
- 1 Exploration Encounter
- 1 of the 3 battles against Cthulhu
- 1 additional Combat Encounter featuring a brand-new Monster, to be revealed during the campaign.
- Extra content that will be revealed during the campaign.
In this game, every Monster is unique: we’re not talking about “just a special ability”, but different mechanics, behaviors, and rules that make each one truly distinct.
For this reason, we won’t show them all, to avoid spoilers: we believe one of the best parts is discovering them throughout the story.
If you prefer a completely spoiler-free experience, watch only the How To Play videos, designed to explain the game without revealing narrative content or surprises.
If you watch the gameplay videos anyway, keep in mind that every Monster uses behavior cards, so the same Encounter can still unfold in different ways.
