📆 Fulfillment

We will use Kickstarter's own Pledge Manager to handle any fulfillment costs after the campaign. Once you have access to the Pledge Manager, you will use the platform to review your pledge and verify your shipping details.

VAT, sales tax, tariffs, and shipping costs are not included in your pledge. Due to volatility with these type of costs we are not collecting them right now. These will be shown and charged directly in the Pledge Manager well after the campaign closes. We cannot provide an estimate for VAT, sales tax or tariffs.

Note: If you reserved during our pre-launch campaign, you will receive your bonus add-on item in the Pledge Manager.

Refunds

Your support for our project means a lot to us, and we know plans don't always go as expected.

• Anytime during the campaign, you can modify or cancel your pledge with no penalty. Charges only go through if the campaign is successful.
• After the campaign ends, you can still request a pledge cancellation, though a 15% deduction applies to cover Kickstarter and payment processing fees.
• Once production has started, we will no longer able to offer a refund.

❤️ Why Tricky Dragons

I wanted a game I could play with my group of friends, but that would also work one-on-one. So instead of looking for it, I decided to make my own, thinking it would be easy. Well, looking back, I had no idea what I was getting into. 

As time went by, what started as a cool idea soon became a real project. And just like that, it wasn't only me anymore. After countless nights testing and tweaking the game, I was joined by a good friend, who put his heart and soul into the artwork, of which we are truly proud. 

Years of work and unconditional love made this game what it is. So, this is Tricky Dragons, and I couldn't be happier to finally share it with you.
