What Is TURBO?
Turbo is about a boy named Hiroshi Morimoto and he is known as element, a guardian that protects the element that he posesses.
He is an 18 year old boy that's conflicted between being a hero and having a normal life. Truth is he likes his powers and he also loves being normal however the choice is not his. Hiroshi is the Turbo element and yes there are many elements each governing different sectors of the universe and certain planets. I forgot to mention that Hiroshi is well known throughout the universe and he has a lot of enemies. He solves complex cases and restores conflict as a mediator but because of his element status he can intervene in conflicts and the outcome of that is either good or bad depending on what and how he goes about confronting it. Some instances could involve losing a death game which results in a planet exploding alongside all the characters you met being removed from existence however there will be an upside. Another scenario could involve allowing a perpetrator to continue with their actions resulting in more chaos and death with an upside of an unbreakable bond being formed which could come in handy later when you in a dire situation which is very likely. Don't forget that Turbo has many enemies but just as many allies. Don't get it twisted you might just reform an enemy to an ally. Anything is possible in the world of Turbo. I forgot to mention that he also has a few variants of himself like:
