Major Arcana Display

Twenty-two cards tracing the great journey of the soul

0·The Fool

Arcana : Cloaked in red with a bamboo basket, accompanied by a loyal dog, he steps into the morning mist of the forest. Towering trees cast layered shadows, unseen eyes seeming to watch. His heart is a mix of apprehension and excitement, filled with innocence and longing, as he follows the faint light. Every leaf and breeze feels alive, welcoming him into a journey of curiosity and freedom.
Keywords : New beginnings - Adventure - Innocence - Potential - Curiosity - Freedom - Excitement
Upright Meaning : Embarking on a new journey, guided by dreams and inner calling. Trust your heart, remain open, and let your innocence and courage protect you. Unexpected opportunities await.
Reversed Meaning : Naivety may turn into recklessness. Beware of ignoring real dangers or responsibilities. Check whether actions arise from true purpose or mere impulse; stay prepared and grounded.

II·The High Priestess

Arcana : A moonlit lake opens in the forest's depths. Beside it stands a gentle statue resembling a mother, moonlight flowing from her hair. Two trees carved with "B" and "J" flank her in silence. The lake reflects everything clearly - and in that stillness, the doubts hidden in his heart find their answers.
Keywords : Intuition - Mystery - Inner wisdom - Secrets - Subconscious - Patience - Reflection
Upright Meaning : True answers arise through silence and introspection. Trust your intuition; listen to your heart. Not all wisdom comes from outside - inner knowing, as gentle yet firm as moonlight, will guide you.
Reversed Meaning : You may have lost connection with your intuition. The inner voice is drowned out by noise or rational overanalysis. Slow down, find stillness, and gently listen to what you already know.

VII·The Chariot

Arcana : Standing alone in the woods, he looks up and finds the constellation of Cetus - the sea monster Perseus once defeated and transformed into stars. Like that ancient symbol of courage and redemption, it shines above him like a compass, guiding his heart to press onward with unwavering resolve.
Keywords : Willpower - Control - Determination - Victory - Direction - Focus - Momentum
Upright Meaning : You are ready to take the reins and move forward with clarity and fierce intention. Victory is earned through focus and steady will. Trust your direction, harness your power, and push through obstacles with courage.
Reversed Meaning : A loss of direction or control. You may feel pulled in opposing directions or overwhelmed by doubt. Pause and realign. Regain your center and remember why you began - when will and heart move as one, the path opens again.

VIII·Strength

Arcana : Through the whispering woods appears a lion with eyes like softened gold, clear and kind. They greet each other as if time had bound them in friendship, a silent pact of trust and respect. True strength is no child of flesh - it dwells in the unyielding will, in the quiet fire of love that burns within.
Keywords : Courage - Compassion - Inner strength - Patience - Resilience - Grace - Endurance
Upright Meaning : True power is soft yet unbreakable. Meet life not with aggression, but with patience and steady resolve. Tame your inner wildness not through force, but through understanding. Your heart is stronger than you know.
Reversed Meaning : Confidence wavers, courage dims by fear or exhaustion. Beware of acting from insecurity or self-criticism. Soften, but do not surrender. Tend to your spirit - the flame within you has not gone out, it only needs breath and kindness to rise again.

XIII·Death

Arcana : In a forest bathed in sacred light, he beholds the pale bones of a deer - a spirit once swift, now resting in eternal silence. He does not fear, for from this stillness, green tendrils awaken, weaving new life upon the ivory frame. All that the forest gives, it reclaims; all that it takes, it returns.
Keywords : Transformation - Endings - Rebirth - Transition - Release - Closure - Evolution
Upright Meaning : Something has reached its natural conclusion - release it with grace. Clinging will only dim your light. What ends now creates space for what is meant to begin. The green tendrils rising from the bones are your future, already weaving themselves into being.
Reversed Meaning : You are holding tightly to something that has already run its course. Fear of the unknown keeps you rooted. The forest cannot bloom if old growth is never cleared. Loosen your grip - release is not loss, it is the first breath of transformation.

Minor Arcana Display

Suit of Wands

Element: Fire - Passion - Inspiration - Action - Creativity
The Wands are the suit of fire – the spark that ignites and the flame that drives. They speak of the things that move us forward: passion, ambition, creative vision, the courage to begin and to keep going.

Knight of Wands

Arcana : The horizon blazes beneath a restless sky as a lone rider surges forward, a red banner snapping like living flame in hand. Bold, urgent, hungry for motion – the crimson speaks of passion unrestrained. Behind stretches a vast, unmapped desert, but the rider does not hesitate. The unknown calls, and they answer with fire in their chest and wind at their back.
Keywords : Passion - Action - Adventure - Impulse - Determination - Momentum - Boldness
Upright Meaning : Charge forward with passion and unstoppable momentum. Trust your instincts and move with courage. But remember: passion is most powerful when aimed – a wildfire destroys, but a torch illuminates. Move, but know where you are going.
Reversed Meaning : Impulsiveness or burning out too quickly. New projects begin with fervor, then fade.
Channel your fire with intention – passion becomes power when it is focused. Ask whether this is the path your heart has truly chosen.

Suit of Cups

Element: Water - Emotion - Intuition - Relationships - The Heart
The Cups are the suit of water – the realm of feeling, of love, of all that moves through us in tides we cannot fully command. They speak of relationships in every form, of intuition, of the inner life of the heart.

Two of Cups

Arcana : By a still lake where water lilies bloom, two swans appear from opposite ends of the water. Slowly, deliberately, they draw closer – necks curving until they form a perfect heart upon the rippling blue. The world hushes. Every star above bows to the purity of this bond. When swans choose each other, they remain bound for life, never parting, even in death.
Keywords : Union - Devotion - Eternal bond - Partnership - Mutual love - Recognition - Harmony
Upright Meaning : A blessing of sacred union – two hearts meeting willingly, openly, and with genuine respect for each other's soul. This celebrates the rare magic of being truly seen by another. True connection is not about merging, but two whole beings choosing to walk alongside each other.
Reversed Meaning : Disharmony or inner disunion. Trust may have frayed, or what once flowed freely now feels dammed by resentment or fear. Honest conversation is needed – sometimes healing begins with the willingness to hear what the other cup has been trying to say.

Suit of Swords

Element: Air - Thought - Intellect - Truth - Communication
The Swords are the suit of air – the realm of mind, language, and clarity. They speak of how we think, how we speak, and how we cut through illusion to find what is true. Within their sharpness lies their gift: the truth that, once faced, sets us free.

Page of Swords

Arcana : A figure stands poised in a sea of green, lifting a gleaming sword high as if to carve a path through the unseen. The air stirs with motion, rippling in response to every gesture – a dance of curiosity and restless energy. This is the messenger of thought, the seeker of truth, ready to chase knowledge wherever the wind may lead.
Keywords : Curiosity - Ideas - Communication - Alertness - Exploration - Truth-seeking - Vigilance
Upright Meaning : Your mind is awakening – hungry for truth, eager to understand what lies beneath the surface. Follow your curiosity and trust the sharpness of your perception. Let your voice rise even if it trembles. A question asked in good faith is worth more than a silence kept out of fear.
Reversed Meaning : Mental restlessness or scattered thoughts with nowhere to land. Words may be weaponized before they are fully understood. Slow the whirlwind within – gather your clarity gently and let your mind settle so your words can find their rightful shape.

Suit of Pentacles

Element: Earth - Body - Work - Prosperity - Manifestation
The Pentacles are the suit of earth – the realm of the body, of the material world, of all that we build with patient hands over time. They speak of work, money, home, and health; of legacy and the slow, steady magic of cultivation.

Knight of Pentacles

Arcana : In a radiant golden field, a steadfast figure guards the land with calm vigilance, a shining coin in hand. Behind them stands a tall black steed – powerful yet still, choosing stability over adventure. This is not a scene of haste but of enduring commitment. Unlike other knights who rush forward, this one moves slowly and deliberately, ensuring every step builds lasting security.
Keywords : Responsibility - Stability - Patience - Reliability - Steady progress - Persistence - Loyalty
Upright Meaning : Move forward with patience and determination, building something solid through consistent effort. Of all four Knights, this is the slowest - and the one most likely to actually arrive. In a world that worships speed, the Knight of Pentacles is a reminder that the tortoise still finishes the race.
Reversed Meaning : Stagnation, resistance to change, or routine become a prison. The strength of patience can curdle into stubbornness. Ask yourself whether you are still moving toward something, or whether you have simply stopped because the path became comfortable. Progress requires both discipline and adaptability.
