Vrag - Rag Devil Ringleader by Ana Polanšćak

After the success of my previous Gardens of Hectate Kickstarters, I am here again with a my special collaborator Ana Polanšćak. After our previous two larger sized miniatures, the Vampire Queen and Forest King were so popular we discussed bringing yet another brand new towering miniature to the tabletop. Ana has this time sculpted a lumbering monstrosity: Vrag the Rag Devil Ringleader!

As always, Ana has done a superb job with this miniature, both on the sculpt and the immaculate presentation. As you can see on the above image, the miniature comes with two head options, you can see Ana's vision of how either version could look. 

Note - you are only receiving one complete mini with head options. If you want to assemble both variants then you will need to select an additional Rag Devil as an add-on. 

ADD-ONS

Since our last campaign "Folk Horrors 3" we have decided to discontinue the original sets and reissue them as as smaller thematic groups. See below for the new sets for you to build your warbands from!

For this campaign we are also offering all of the previous sets from Ana as add-ons and separate rewards so that you can pick up any that you have missed out on!

I have set out separate reward tiers, one for each set. If you would 2 or more of the sets you will be prompted to select add-ons when you select a reward.  

And finally, I have also added a reward that gives you EVERYTHING that Ana and I have produced in a single pledge level for absolute completists. This reward is offered at a discount saving you over 10% compared to selecting everything as add-ons. This option is automatically sent as TRACKED, therefore you do not need to pledge for UK or International Tracked Shipping as an add-on.

Ana Polanšćak is a miniaturist specialised in crafting heavily customised gaming and display pieces in a distinctive macabre style. Her work is focused on creating grim, immersive worlds through tabletop miniature projects. This encompasses everything from modelling, sculpting, painting, building scenery and crafting gaming paraphernalia, to writing, game design, graphic design and miniature photography.

I have been a fan of Ana's work for years and am so pleased to be able to support her work being shared in physical form with all that back this project. 

The Small Print

As the master models are already in the hands of our casters, very little risk exists in fulfilling this campaign. Once the campaign has ended, all we have to do is place the order with our casters, pack them once delivered to us and ship them to our backers.

We have been running successful Kickstarter campaigns for the past 11 years, with a track record of delivering quality miniatures within the time frames listed in each campaign. At times, there is occasionally an overlap of fulfilment which we manage carefully, however it is important to clarify the status of any outstanding campaigns when launching a new project. Please see below for the status of outstanding Kickstarter campaign:

Folk Horror Tales by Black Crab Art - This campaign is due to ship in November 2026 - This campaign is currently in fulfilment, castings have arrived in house and 14% of pledges have already been shipped ahead of schedule. Please see our latest update on the campaign page for where we are currently with production. This campaign is scheduled to be fulfilled in November 2026.

Hieronymus Bosch Tabletop Miniatures - Vol. 3 - This campaign is due to ship in February 2027, however we anticipate this to be completed ahead of schedule.This campaign is currently well into production, with 50% of castings having already been delivered to us.  Please see our latest update on the campaign page for where we are currently with production. This campaign is due to be fulfilled in February 2027.

These campaigns use different materials and therefore different production processes, some of which can take longer than others, for example resin miniatures take longer than metal to produce. This is always reflected in our delivery timeframes, we don't overpromise when our backers can expect to receive their pledges. However, should there be any delay due to the volume of pledges received, we will keep our backers completely up to date of any changing timelines at all times. We have a long, proven record of running honest and manageable campaigns, but do feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Pledge Information

Please ensure when you are making your pledge that you are not using a VPN at the time. This can affect the amount of shipping fees you are charged, and may mean you are incorrectly under/over charged for shipping and will also cause problems when completing your surveys. If you have any questions on this, do let me know.

Shipping Information for US Backers

Due to the suspension of De Minimis on small packages under the value of $800 from 29th August 2025, US backers will now be subject to import duties on their rewards. The Executive Order dated 30th July has removed the option to ship parcels through the International Postal System as DDU - Delivered Duty Unpaid, therefore all parcels shipped to the US from August 29th must be DDP- Delivered Duty Paid.

In order to work with this new system, the import duty is to be paid by the importer (Backer) prior to shipping, in the form of Square Payment Link which we will send you in your messages after the campaign has ended. We will then use these funds to pay the duty on your behalf at the point of shipping, ensuring your parcel will arrive without any further duties owed upon delivery. We will cover any handling fees handed down by our postal service. We have been informed by our Postal Service (Royal Mail) that the current rate for Miniatures is 10%, although this may be subject to change.

We have used this system for our previous 10 campaigns, and so far it has worked very well, with packages clearing customs in the US with ease. This is and has been by far the most cost effective way to collect the duty on your pledges. We are constantly reviewing different courier options, and it seems that the sky is the limit for what they can charge at the point of delivery (think duty, + fuel surcharges, + unspecified handling fees) so we are super keen to avoid any nasty surprises for you all by following this route.

Shipping Information for EU Backers

IMPORTANT - Please note, if you are a backer located in Germany, Luxembourg or Denmark, we are unable to send you your pledge without paying the duty owed on your pledge prior to shipping. In order to work with this new system, the import duty is to be paid by the importer (Backer) prior to shipping, in the form of a personalised Square Payment Link which we will send you in your messages after the campaign has ended and prior to shipping. Please note, we will cover any handling fees as goodwill for this new system.

Please note, whilst we would love to be able to offer this option to our other EU backers, our shipping provider doesn’t offer this at present. We will let you know if this changes for future campaigns.

We are fully aware of current concerns regarding the implementation of the EU Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulations that came into effect on 12th August 2026. We are not currently affected by these regulations and have a full plan to ensure fulfilment for this and every other campaign that is due to ship in the coming months.

From 1 July 2026, the EU has applied a temporary €3 customs duty per item on low-value consignments (up to €150) imported from outside the EU, abolishing the duty exemption applicable until 30 June 2026. The €3 temporary customs duty is a flat fee, which will apply until 1 July 2028, after which normal customs duties will apply, depending on the type of good. As of 1 November 2026, a further €2 per item has been applied and stricter regulations imposed on sellers regarding the reporting of custom items. Please note that we do everything we can to ensure all products are consolidated as much as possible to ensure you are paying the least amount of duty owed, however you may see an increase in duty owed at this time. 

You may cancel your reward whilst the campaign is running, however once your pledge has been collected we will be unable to issue a refund due to the made to order nature of the product. Please see Kickstarter's Policy for more information here.

Safety Information

Models are made of resin. Resin dust is a health hazard if inhaled into the lungs. Sanding and filing should only be carried out with appropriate protective equipment (fine dust mask) and/or wet sandpaper. Warning! Not suitable for children under 14 years. Choking hazard due to small parts. These products are not toys.

Miniatures are supplied unpainted, with some assembly required. Due to their hand sculpted nature, I am offering these resin castings only, no STLs exist. I will not be including stretch goals etc, I always aim to keep my campaigns honest, on time and manageable.
