Hile, gunslinger!
Welcome to the world of Watch Me: a tabletop strategy card game for 3-4 players set in a world that has moved on. We are well met.
The Game
You must create the best hand the fastest by any means necessary: cheating, glamour, or favorable Ka!
The game includes:
-
75 oversized tarot cards (3" x 5.25") including:
- 52 suit cards (13 wands, 13 pentacles, 13 cups, and 13 swords)
- 7 wild cards
- 7 portal cards: 6 Beams + 1 Gan card
- 4 bumbler cards
- 4 legend cards
- 1 informational card
- 1 rules of play (fold-out paper)
Gameplay draws inspiration from poker, gin rummy, and mahjong formats, where the first player to complete their set of cards wins the round. Bluffing, lying, and cheating are all encouraged (of course).

The world has moved on. This can be seen in the cards: wild cards reference the moon cycles and in-universe concepts like the prim and khef, and some familiar faces can be found in the royal suit cards. Do'ya.
This game is focused on in-universe realism, striving for a level of fidelity that could be found within Roland's own gunna. Read more about the lore and rationale behind the components here.
The Coins
How can one enjoy a betting game without the money to bet in it?
Custom designed coinage includes gold and silver coins minted in Gilead and Taunton as well as copper bocks pressed in the barony of Garlan. More info on these can be found in the lore study.

The Big Combination has no place in this game. All artwork was hand drawn or traced by me using references from 18th century chapbooks within the public domain. Altered illustrations have been licensed under Alamy.
Typography is licensed under Adobe and secured in free commercial licenses.
Mid-world coinage was designed by myself and rendered by Sejun Park.
Photography was shot by the one and only Jean-Michel Arraki.
No artificial intelligence was used to make this game. Kennit?
I do not claim that this game is specific to anything or called anything other than its title. This work is intended for cultural enrichment and is a themed deck of cards with which you can play pastimes such as blackjack, poker, or go fish.
Please note that exact colors and designs are subject to change in the final print.
