But what they do not say in the light-filled halls of the God-Sun is this: as time passes and the oldest of heavens inevitably turn, even divine sunlight dims. Now come the days long foretold, when shadows will lengthen and darkness will gather once again – darkness once vanquished, and long thought forgotten.

These are the final days of the Age of the Conquering Sun, and it falls to you to tell the tale that will Shape the Myths of an Age to Come.

Built on 5E, rooted in ancient myths.

YŌVĀKYĀNA Campaign Setting is designed for 5.5e (2024) – with a fully compatible 5e (2014) version included as well. It draws on a wide range of ancient mythologies from around the world, chiefly Persian and Indian traditions, alongside Slavic and Germanic sources.

It aims to present a fully realized, fleshed-out setting with a multitude of new character options: new subclasses and lineages, backgrounds, feats, equipment, and more.

15+ New Subclasses

15+ new subclasses expand the options available to every class in the game, each designed with a dual purpose: to feel at home in the mythology of YŌVĀKYĀNA, and to slot cleanly into any 5E+ campaign. Whether you want a Barbarian who walks the Path of the Inverse Flame of enlightenment, a Paladin sworn to an Oath of Perfection, or a Cleric of a Legend Domain, these subclasses give you the weight of your tale at your fingertips.

• Guild Operator – Rogue – The world is changing under the expansion of the God-Sun's radiant kingdom, and some stand at the spear-point of the social upheaval it brings.
• Tollkeeper – Ranger – Every soul owes a toll at the Veil. Some are chosen to collect it.
• Circle of the Wheel – Druid – The planes turn with the universal wheel of life, death, and rebirth – and some strive to become one with the everlasting cycle.
• Sacrifice Domain – Cleric – To serve a master of the world is to give everything. Again and again, without hesitation.

10+ New Lineages

10+ new lineages bring the peoples of YŌVĀKYĀNA to life – each with their own histories, cultures, and the mark of the powers and of ages upon them. Some are marked by bloodlines that carry echoes of the heavens. Others were forged in the furnaces of ancient conflicts. All of them are rooted deep in the mythology of the setting, yet built to play in any 5E+ world. Choose who your character is – and who their ancestors were.

• Yōvaka elves – The nations and peoples of the myriad realms of Yōva, chosen children of the gods, bearers of the God-Sun's light.
• Anśaric orcs – Inheritors of the beauty and powers of the Old Moon.
• Aukasa – Mysterious and austere children of the Great War – amalgams of broken souls, searching once more for a place among the living.

FACE AYATTAYŌVA, THE GRANDEST OF CITIES

Where the God-Sun's light first touched the earth, they rebuilt a city where places of darkness once stood. Ayattayōva is the capital of Yōva – the seat of Ašpatis's earthly power, the largest city in the known world, and the place where every sun-gate begins and ends.

Every day, thousands pass through the Gate of the Golden Lotus – pilgrims from all the realms of the God-Sun and from other worlds of his domain. Every night, the torches along the Processional never go dark. The streets of the world's greatest city thrum with trade day and night, an unending pulse within a city that never sleeps. The great thoroughfares that cross it from south to north and from west to east are lined with arcades richly adorned in silk and gold.

But even here, in the city that calls itself eternal, the shadows have begun to lengthen. Cults worship the forbidden names of the Seven Lords in basements beneath the marketplaces. Scholars debate oracles their grandfathers would have called heresy. And in the quietest chambers of the Grand Temple itself, some priests have begun to whisper what no priest has whispered in a thousand years: the God-Sun's light may dim.

A Note on Stretch Goals

The contents shown above represent the base contents of each pledge tier at campaign launch. As the stretch goals unlock, additional items will be added to every eligible tier. Stretch goal rewards will be delivered to all qualifying backers at no additional cost. Full details of unlocked stretch goals will be announced in campaign updates and incorporated into the Kickstarter Pledge Manager before fulfillment.

SHIPPING

EU and UK backers will be served from our local fulfillment within the EU. For other international destinations, we may use regional fulfillment partners where this reduces shipping times and costs.

Applicable taxes will be calculated and added by the Kickstarter Pledge Manager based on your delivery location. Tax charges may be processed earlier than shipping. Depending on your country and current regulations, you may also be responsible for import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged at delivery – these are not included above and are outside our control. You'll be able to update your shipping address in the Kickstarter Pledge Manager up until shipping is finalized.

Resends and Replacements

Once your package is in the hands of the carrier at the address you provided, we do not offer resends for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, packages not collected from local pickup points within the carrier's holding period, address changes after shipping has begun, or minor cosmetic imperfections that don't prevent normal use of the product.

For packages confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, or arriving with damage that prevents normal use of the product, please contact us at info@lilaloom.com with documentation. We'll work with to resolve these cases on a case-by-case basis, in good faith.

Countries We Cannot Ship To

Due to sanctions, carrier service suspensions, and operational constraints, we are unable to ship to: Afghanistan, Belarus, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, and Yemen.

As of early 2026, many European postal operators have also suspended service to several additional Middle East destinations due to regional instability. We are monitoring the situation and will confirm available destinations closer to fulfillment. Carrier service to some other destinations not listed here may also be unavailable or unreliable. This list is not exhaustive.

If you live in a region where physical shipping may not be available, you're welcome to support the project at the Acolyte or Illuminator tier for digital rewards. We'll update this list before fulfillment if circumstances change – and we'll contact affected backers directly if shipping to their country is not possible at the time of fulfillment.
